This is first-initiated UV varnishing machine with five-roller coating mechanism, whose varnishing effect is well-proportioned and smoother than common three-roller or four-roller coating mechanism. It also features in oil saving, so it is a ideal equipment for paper prints varnishing.
It is suitable for coating a layer of even gloss oil onto the printing surface of different kinds of pictures, brands, cover of books and periodicals, packing box, which enable their surface to be bright, abrasion-proof, dirt-proof and moisture-proof, therefore improve the quality in prints' surface. After ultraviolet varnishing, the dirt-proof and abrasion-proof characteristics of prints will be better than the effect of calendaring. And it is also suit for the environmental-protection requirement.
